TEAM ORDER FAQ

A few things captains ask us.

Do I have to pay for everyone upfront? +
No. Each teammate places her own order and pays with her own card. You don't collect the money.
What's the minimum? +
Team pricing starts at 8 qualifying pieces. That's pieces, not necessarily 8 different players.
Can we mix products? +
Yes. Teams can mix qualifying visors, hats and apparel. Those pieces count together toward your team total.
How does the discount work? +
We'll send your team its ordering instructions and discount code. Team pricing is 15% off qualifying products beginning at 8 pieces.
What happens at 12 pieces? +
Once your team reaches 12 qualifying pieces, the captain gets a Hit Happy visor on us.
What if something doesn't fit? +
Each player chooses her own product and size. Exchanges remain subject to Hit Happy's current return and exchange policy.
Do we have to be a USTA team? +
No. Club teams, league teams and tennis groups can request Hit Happy team pricing.
Can team pricing combine with another offer? +
Team-order codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless Hit Happy specifically says otherwise.
